Our Founder
Freeform was founded by Tim Kourtaibe. Not only with a vision, but with boots in the mud and a shovel in hand. His story isn’t the typical developer tale – but one built on years of hands-on experience. From digging trenches and mixing mortar on site as a teenager, to seeking out mentors, solving problems in technical design meetings, and at thousands of property inspections – he learned the things most people outsource. And in doing so, built a sharper eye for what works – and what doesn’t.
That same drive still shapes Freeform today. Tim stays close to every project, because he knows every detail matters. He pushes for superior outcomes, not because it’s trendy, but because it’s what people deserve from the spaces they spend time in. That belief still drives everything we do. Because when you’ve lived it, you don’t just expect outcomes – you own them.
